I've been trying to get a good opener for my movies, a logo of some sort or some cool text effect.

So I recently came across this video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUUDj7Xdiow...C98&index=6

It tell you to 'change the layer mode to dodge' now, when I attempt to do this . . dodge isn't there, that window that he opens up isn't there. All I get is, on a right click.

Rename
Insert Video Track
Duplicate Track
Delee Track . . .

And so on.

And on a left click:

Multiply (Mask)
Source Alpha

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Zinth,

Even though I don't have Vegas installed on this computer I'm pretty sure I know the answer. Try to look for a green button in the layer on the left hand of the screen, you can select what mode you want to have it! change it to "Dodge." That worked for 7.0 and so should it for 8.0! But for better intros and better quality I advise After Effects! Good luck editing.
